Build Your Fire
Get your fire going and let it burn down to a solid coal bed, or cook over active flame. Either works. The 12-inch legs give you enough clearance for both.
Set the Grill
Unfold the grill and place it over your fire. Fixed legs make it stable on any surface. Give it a minute to heat up, then cook exactly the way you want to.
Clean and Pack
Let it cool, rinse under hot water and wipe dry. Fold flat and store with your gear. Ready for the next cook.

At 18x12 inches with 12-inch fixed legs, this grill is too large for most home dishwashers. Rinse under hot water while still warm and wipe dry. A hose or utility sink works great. 304 stainless cleans up fast.
