Limited Warranty

OakStoke Steelworks LLC ("OakStoke") warrants to the original retail purchaser that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended household use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period").
This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects, including but not limited to defective welds, defective fabrication, and corrosion caused by a defect in materials or workmanship, for example, rust originating from a manufacturing defect rather than from normal use, exposure, or maintenance.
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic changes, or appearance, including scratches, dents, scuffs, surface discoloration, staining, or patina from heat, smoke, soot, grease, or food acids.
- Damage or corrosion resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, modification, improper storage, neglect, or improper care or cleaning, including but not limited to exposure to harsh chemicals, saltwater or de-icing salts, standing water, prolonged outdoor exposure without reasonable care, or use inconsistent with provided care instructions.
- Damage resulting from abnormal or unintended use conditions, including extreme or uneven heating, use in commercial settings, or use with incompatible equipment or supports.
- Any incidental or consequential damages (such as lost time, inconvenience, or property damage), to the extent permitted by law.
If a covered defect arises during the Warranty Period, OakStoke will, at its option: (a) repair the Product, (b) replace the Product or a substantially similar product, or (c) refund the purchase price paid for the Product. Replacement products may be new or refurbished, at OakStoke's discretion.
To submit a claim, contact OakStoke at support@oakstoke.com with: (1) proof of purchase, (2) your order number, and (3) clear photos of the issue and the full Product. OakStoke may request additional information to evaluate the claim. Claims must be submitted within the Warranty Period.
If OakStoke determines the claim is covered, OakStoke will provide instructions for return or exchange. OakStoke will cover return shipping for approved warranty claims.
This Limited Warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser and is not transferable.
State law rights: Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state.

Return Window
You may return new, unused Products within thirty (30) days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.
- The Product must be unused and in its original condition.
- The Product must be returned with all original packaging and components (if applicable).
- You must provide proof of purchase.
Products that show signs of use, abuse, alteration, or damage after delivery are not eligible for return. Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective upon arrival.
To start a return, contact us at support@oakstoke.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned Product is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or the return is due to OakStoke's error.
OakStoke will provide a prepaid return label. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
Inspect your package upon arrival. If the Product arrives damaged, contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and Product so we can assist.
